The Sugar Rush Stripey is a beautiful and unique Capsicum baccatum known for its unique red-and-yellow striped pods. The fruits are crisp, juicy, and sweet, with a pleasant medium heat that builds slowly. It was first discovered as a natural variant of Sugar Rush Peach, later stabilised for its distinctive candy-like colouring. Plants grow tall and productive, with heavy yields late in the season. I find it performs well in both greenhouse and outdoor settings, producing reliably even in cooler spells. Excellent fresh in salads, salsas, or for making bright, fruity sauces.

Was very excited to receive these. I had 100% germination and then followed all the instructions on chillichumps channel to sow and grow…. I then read a lot of people got barely any fruits or stripes on their fruit (they got their seeds from other sources) my plant is now 5’ tall with tonnes of fruit, so far each and every fruit that’s ripened has their pretty red stripes and lovely peach colour skins… lovely taste without too much heat 10/10

I’m so impressed with these Chillis after buying them here, along with the Moz Piri Piri seeds (Also excellent and another review left). They have been extremely prolific and I had 100% germination. It was so good I ended up giving several plants away to friends and family. The plants I kept grew strongly and the yield of distinctive stripey fruit was absolutely first class. This is a fantastic chilli but the quality of the Chillichump seeds is quite evidently second to none.
