• • For shipments outside the UK, we regret that we cannot offer refunds for orders lost in transit or confiscated by customs. However, if you experience such issues, please contact us. While we can’t guarantee a refund, we’ll explore possible solutions to assist you.

• • Phytosanitary certificates are not included with orders.

• • Customs and Import Fees:

• • Returned Parcels: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or unclaimed status at the post office, we offer two options:
    • • Reshipment: We can resend your order, but you’ll need to cover the additional postage cost.
    • • Refund: Once we receive the returned items in resalable condition, we can refund the product cost, excluding the original shipping fees.
