If your order is delayed, seized, destroyed by customs, or lost in transit, this is entirely at your risk, and we cannot accept responsibility for such losses. Returns & Refunds
If a parcel is returned to us, you can choose:
- Reshipment: We can resend your order; you cover the new postage cost.
- Refund: We refund the product cost once items are received back in original condition. Shipping fees are not refundable.
