The Candy Cane Chocolate Cherry is a striking chilli variety that combines unique beauty with mild heat. Its elongated pods mature from green with cream stripes to a deep chocolate hue, all while maintaining their signature striping. With a Scoville rating of approximately 500–1,000 SHU, these chillies offer a sweet, mild spice perfect for snacking, salads, or grilling. A Capsicum annuum variety, this chilli is prized for its ornamental value and flavour. Thriving in warm climates or in a covered space, it typically fruits in 75–90 days from transplant, making it an excellent choice for both beginner and experienced growers.

While we use isolation methods for our seeds that are more stringent than many others in the industry, there is still a small risk of cross pollination or genetic regression (especially for newer hybrids). The only way to TRULY isolate chilli varieties is to grow just one variety within a quarter-mile to a mile radius from any other chilli pepper variety. For refunds, returns or if there is any problem with your order, please contact us and include your order number.

If you would like to return your product for a refund, the item must unopened and in its original condition. Refunds are accepted up to 60 days after purchase.

If our products arrived damaged, rotten or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement or refund regardless of its expiration date.

Occasionally seeds produce something that is not “true to type”, or you may have less than satisfactory germination rates. If this happens please get in contact and let us know the details. We want you to be a happy customer. We will do our best to help, and will provide a refund for the seeds if you are still dissatisfied.

This is the first year to try these mild peppers out. My wife wanted some peppers that she could enjoy. The germination rate is fantastic. Plants are about a month young and all are looking strong.
