• Shipping Timeframes:
  • UK Orders: Typically delivered within 2 business days after dispatch.
  • International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination:
    • Europe: Usually within 7 business days
    • North America (USA, Canada): Usually within 10 business days
    • Other regions (e.g., South Africa, India, Kenya etc): 10 business days, up to 2 months
  • Please note: These are estimated timeframes based on average delivery experiences. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control.
• For shipments outside the UK, we regret that we cannot offer refunds for orders lost in transit or confiscated by customs. However, if you experience such issues, please contact us. While we can’t guarantee a refund, we’ll explore possible solutions to assist you.
• Phytosanitary certificates are not included with orders.
• Customs and Import Fees:
  • It is highly unlikely and not typical, however International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.
  • We cannot predict or control these fees, as they vary by country and order value.
• Returned Parcels: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or unclaimed status at the post office, we offer two options:
  • Reshipment: We can resend your order, but you’ll need to cover the additional postage cost.
  • Refund: Once we receive the returned items in resalable condition, we can refund the product cost, excluding the original shipping fees.
• Shipping Schedule:
  • Processing Time: We aim to dispatch orders within 5 business days of purchase.
  • Shipping Day: Our regular post office run is every Thursday.
