The Naga Morich Yellow is a striking chilli variety renowned for its vibrant yellow pods and intense heat, reaching up to 1,000,000 SHU. This Capsicum chinense chilli has a fruity, citrusy flavour with floral undertones, making it a superb choice for enhancing sauces, salsas, and chutneys. The pods are medium-sized with a bumpy, wrinkled surface, ripening from green to a radiant yellow. It is a pure strain closely related to the Bhut Jolokia, and of course the Naga Morich.
