The Mirasol chilli, a vibrant Capsicum annuum variety, is known for its striking upward-growing pods that mature from green to bright red. With a moderate heat level ranging from 2,500 to 5,000 SHU, it delivers a warm kick paired with fruity, earthy flavours and a touch of smokiness. Perfect for traditional Mexican dishes such as mole sauces and salsas, this versatile chilli is also excellent when dried, becoming the famed “guajillo” pepper. Originating in Mexico, Mirasol plants are hardy and thrive in warm climates, typically taking 75–90 days to fruit.

- Refund: Once we receive the returned items in resalable condition, we can refund the product cost, excluding the original shipping fees.
