The plant is fairly easy to grow, be careful with too much sunshine (not that that would be too much of a problem in the UK!). They can grow fairly large, so give them enough room.

Returned Parcels: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or unclaimed status at the post office, we offer two options:
- Reshipment: We can resend your order, but you’ll need to cover the additional postage cost.
- Refund: Once we receive the returned items in resalable condition, we can refund the product cost, excluding the original shipping fees.
Shipping Schedule:
- Processing Time: We aim to dispatch orders within 5 business days of purchase.
- Shipping Day: Our regular post office run is every Thursday.
- Please note: Orders placed close to or after Thursday may be processed the following week.

If our products arrived damaged, rotten or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement or refund regardless of its expiration date.

Occasionally seeds produce something that is not “true to type”, or you may have less than satisfactory germination rates. If this happens please get in contact and let us know the details. We want you to be a happy customer. We will do our best to help, and will provide a refund for the seeds if you are still dissatisfied.
