This winter I tried an experiment by growing one indoors over LED grow lights, and it was quite the success. It was eventually potted on to a 1.5 gallon nursery pot and produced two harvests before spring. I was able to use ChilliChump’s recipe to make two pints of delicious pickled peppadews that were quickly devoured. I have several younger plants that I am excited to plant outdoors this season. These will probably be on my “every year” list of chillies to grow.

I bought these from Chillichump last year and had a bumber crop. The best way to use them was to sweet pickle them. I didn’t get to try many as my wife loved them.
